On 5th July 2019, the BINUS Northumbria School of Design will host ‘Artvol’ — a play on Art and Evolution — a graduation show and exhibition aimed at celebrating the world of art and creativity. The event will also allow the public to view the final year projects of students from the Graphic Design program and Fashion program with every student given the opportunity to present and communicate their creative ideas. BINUS UNIVERSITY thus encourages parents, students, partners and other stakeholders to attend the event and support another group of graduates well-prepared to make an impact in the global fashion and design industries.
The layout of this year’s event will be arranged to simulate that of a real exhibition and thus many prominent companies and professionals from the graphic design and fashion community in Indonesia will be in attendance. Many graduates previously have even been offered employment and internships through this graduation event which signifies the quality of the projects on display as well as the university’s vast network of partners.
With the implementation of a British Modular Curriculum, students are provided with first-hand exposure to nuance techniques within the fashion and graphic design industry. This has resulted in graduates establishing their craft in leading design firms across the country and abroad.
