This part time MBA Strategic Innovation course at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya has been crafted to meet the demands of experienced business executives that are seeking to enhance their leadership skills and abilities in complex decision-making processes, at a managerial level. Offering teaching alongside valuable career networking, this programme is designed for students with a background of at least five years working experience in a managerial or leadership role. Teaching is carried out over three semesters within 18 months including two intensive semesters.
The course teaching focuses on management skills such as leadership, strategic marketing, finance, operation strategy and global strategy needed for high level decisions in business as well as the other core competencies required by effective managers. Participants obtain the skills needed to propel their career to the top tiers of management and take their business on to the next level. A Masterclass programme is offered in the Strategic Management course during the second semester where students must deal with real live cases from selected corporate organisations.
