On 9th October 2015, BNI Syariah received multiple awards at the WOW Service Excellence Awards 2015. Organised by MarkPlus Inc, the event saw BNI Syariah earn accolades in the categories of Best Islamic Bank; Gold Champion for the regions of Java-Bali, Sumatra and Kalimantan; and Consolation Prize for the regions of Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua. Receiving the awards at the event which was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Jakarta was Mr Dinno Indiano as President Director of BNI Syariah accompanied by other members of the Board of Directors.
These awards for service excellence were granted to BNI Syariah following on from a survey held in 18 cities throughout the country between the months of November 2014 and June 2015 which sought to identify Indonesia’s leading brands by measuring aspects such as communication clarity, information accessibility, brand favorability, how the products or services match consumer expectations, and service quality. Mr Dinno Indiano in his statement in response to winning the award expressed his gratitude for the continuous support and trust of BNI Syariah customers. “It has spurred us to continue our efforts in providing the best services in accordance with the principles of Hasanah,” he further added.
The WOW Service Excellence Awards is an annual event which has been held since 2009. It is also part of a regional event, the ASEAN Marketing Summit, which this year featured Prof. Philip Kotler, a world-renowned marketing expert, as keynote speaker.
