On 19th October 2016, BNI Syariah obtained two awards at the Digital Marketing and Social Media Awards 2016 event, which was held at the Mulia Hotel in Jakarta. The annual event was organised by Marketing Magazine in collaboration with Survey One research consultants and aimed to acknowledge esteemed local companies from various industries that have optimised the use of a digital platform in their business operations.
BNI Syariah’s Corporate Secretary, Ms Endang Rosawati attended the event along with a number of prominent individuals from diverse industries. Upon deciding the winners, participants were judged on a range of criteria that focused on effective customer engagement through content quality of each respective company’s websites, as well as commerce and activities on social media such as Facebook and Twitter. BNI Syariah received accolades for ‘The Best Social Media’ and ‘The Best Website’ categories, illustrating the company’s efforts in creating a positive online brand image and ease of access in obtaining the company’s public information.
