Supporting the UNTAR faculty is the ready availability of laboratories solely dedicated to facilitating the accumulation of technical expertise in fields such as physics, computer-aided design (CAD), hydraulics, metallurgy and electronics. Tarumanagara University also provides its students with access to an automotive workshop and a geography information system (GIS) studio, among other facilities for highly specialised projects.
