As a company thoroughly committed to the continuous improvement of its internal operations, Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills from 17th to 18th October 2015 marked the start of a Quality Empowerment System programme designed to raise productivity and build a positive corporate culture. Initiated through a partnership with PT. Total Quality Indonesia, this 4-month programme primarily seeks to provide the company’s employees with training to become Agents of Change in developing the mindset needed to make the most of their potential.

Held at the Garden Permata Hotel in Bandung, the first training session served as an intensive introduction to the principles emphasised by the Quality Empowerment System as being key to the creation of a strong corporate culture. 40 employees from different levels of Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills and all members of the Board of Directors participated in this event, which involved a series of high-energy group activities.

Having first announced its partnership with PT. Total Quality Indonesia in August of this year, Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills intends to schedule a follow up session with its partner through which it will organize an in-house training session currently scheduled for 5th November 2015.
