Sriboga Raturaya | Wheat Based and Baked Goods
a b c d

With 17 years of experience as a manufacturer of high nutritional value wheat flour, Sriboga Raturaya in 2012 initiated a corporate evolution that enabled the group to seamlessly transition into the downstream segment. Following the transformation of its flour mill division into a subsidiary under the name Sriboga Flour Mill (SFM), the group turned its attention to the incorporation of Sriboga Bakeries Integra – an industrial manufacturer of breads, baked goods and breadcrumbs – and the launch of wheat-based products through the Le Gitt and Panko brands. Soon thereafter, the group acquired Indonesia’s only high-volume producer of pita bread and re-established the unit under the name Ratu Sima International in 2014.

Both of these subsidiaries are indicative of Sriboga Raturaya’s commitment to diversification through complementary business units. Via Sriboga Bakeries Integra and Ratu Sima International, the group takes advantage of SFM’s top of the line flour varieties to provide value added products. Moreover, this entry into the wheat-based goods industry has been strategically timed to coincide with Indonesia’s growing demand for baked goods, demonstrated by a double-digit increase in the sale of breads and pastries to 30 trillion IDR in 2012 (APEBI).

Through investment in cutting edge technology and a proactive approach to applying the latest techniques in commercial baking; Sriboga Raturaya is carving out a dominant position as the most prominent supplier of breadcrumbs, sweet buns, bread loaves, and flat breads in the Indonesian market. Flexibility in adapting to unique orders also has the group ready to fulfill large customized orders for a variety of wheat-based goods, including burger and hot dog buns.
