| Tamara Land Holds Topping Off Ceremony for Kebayoran Icon Project

Eighteen months after commencing construction following on from a groundbreaking ceremony, Tamara Land held the topping off of its Kebayoran Icon project on 7th September 2015. This event marks the successful structural completion of Tamara Land’s latest mixed-use property development aimed at the middle to upper segment of Indonesia’s property market. Presiding over the ceremony were members of Tamara Land’s top management including Mr Anthony Putihrai (CEO of Tamara Land and Kebayoran Puspita), Mr Otto Putihrai (Director of Tamara Land and Kebayoran Puspita), Mr Tony Amin (President Commissioner of Kebayoran Puspita), and two other members of Kebayoran Puspita’s Board of Commissioners; Mr Bing Rahardjo and Mr Setyono Tedjo.

Speaking at the event, Mr Anthony Putihrai described the topping off ceremony as a form of assurance for consumers indicative of his company’s commitment to delivering on its promises. “Provided that there are no hurdles, the handing over of the keys of Kebayoran Icon apartment units will be carried out by the end of this year (2015),” he added. Mr Putihrai further expects that Kebayoran Icons’ apartment units, condo hotel rooms, mini offices and retail space will offer maximum comfort and convenience for occupants, particularly as living space for young couples.

The Kebayoran Icon is targeted to be fully operational in the first quarter of 2016. Requiring an investment of 240 billion IDR to construct, the mixed-use development consists of 25 floors and will provide 256 apartment units in addition to 102 condo hotel rooms which will be operated by Archipelago International. Furthermore, office space will be incorporated into the third to sixth floor of the building covering approximately 690 square meters per floor, while the commercial area will be located on the lower levels. The Kebayoran Icon is situated in the fast-developing region of South Jakarta.
